Elaine Vilorio is a Learning Systems and Evaluation (LS&E) analyst for the LS&E portfolio. She co-builds and -implements processes that ensure Built for Zero learns about and identifies the practices necessary to ending homelessness. Elaine is based in New York City and previously worked in higher education policy research. She completed a Post-Baccalaureate in Economics and Sociology at the Graduate School of Arts and Sciences at Harvard University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Black Studies and Latin American and Latinx Studies at Amherst College.
