Kally is the System Improvement Advisor-Large Cities for Charlotte, North Carolina, and Washington, D.C. Kally works with the communities to build and improve their systems in order to reduce and end Veteran homelessness. Kally has an MBA with a nonprofit management concentration and a BA in Sociology with a minor in Social Work. Kally has worked in social services since 2001 and has held a variety of direct service and leadership positions ranging from PSH case management to most recently as a Division Director position of a large SSVF program in Washington, DC. Kally is very involved in community leadership groups working to end homelessness and has served as the co-chair for the DC-ICH Veterans NOW! workgroup.
