As a Project Manager, Kat Jacobs-Crotta supports the Data and Learning System & Evaluation portfolios in identifying, scoping, planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating projects in service of the ultimate goal of ending homelessness. Prior to working with Community Solutions, Kat served as the Coordinated Entry Project Coordinator for the Tucson Pima Collaboration to End Homelessness’ CoC Lead team. She first discovered her interest in ending homelessness as a case manager at an emergency shelter in Florida, where she worked and volunteered from 2014 to 2018. Kat holds an MSW from Florida State University, and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the State of Florida.
