Her background focuses on fostering and sustaining thought partnerships and strategizing using diversity, justice and belonging for transformational leadership and organizational systems and culture. She has conducted and facilitated literature reviews, surveys, focus groups, and interviews and effectively communicates evaluation findings to a variety of cross-sector audiences.
