Tyler is a Systems Improvement Advisor, Housing Stabilization Systems for the Built for Zero team at Community Solutions. In this role, he is working on assessing and designing data governance and data sharing frameworks with a focus on establishing data warehouses in Built for Zero communities. Prior to joining Community Solutions, Tyler worked as a Case Manager and Project Coordinator with an SSVF provider in Washington, DC, working to end veteran homelessness. There, he also led a LGBTQ+ Working Group working to expand services for youth who identify as LGBTQ+ and were experiencing homelessness. He then moved to New York City and worked as an Implementation and Training Specialist, training health care providers on how to use a software suite designed to improve lives and make services more person-centered for individuals living with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities. Tyler studied Anthropology at the University of Arkansas and loves to travel, attend live music events, and go on outdoor adventures.
