Pronouns: She/Her/Hers
Taylor is the Systems Improvement Advisor for CS’s International and Initiative Large-Scale change work. Even though it is a small team, this does not stop them from making a big impact! They are working with partners to build large-scale movements to end homelessness across Australia (where she resides), Canada (where she was born and raised), Denmark, France, the United Kingdom, and here in the United States. Taylor came from one of CS’s Large-Scale Change partners in Australia, the End Street Sleeping Collaboration, in New South Wales where she was coaching Australian communities to end homelessness using a By-Name List system and Advanced to Zero methodology (which was developed from Built for Zero). Taylor has previously worked in direct homeless service in both Australia and Canada, which has helped her develop unique perspectives based on her experiences.
Taylor has her BA Honours in Criminal Justice and Public Policy, an MA in Sociology, and a PDD in mental health and addictions. Her interests range as widely as her degrees and can look at problems from different perspectives to find a solution. Taylor is passionate to improve systems to end homelessness and drive change across the globe.
