Jen is the Program Lead for Breakthrough Results where she is responsible for the successful implementation of a robust set of community interventions and related supports focused on making measurable progress toward ending homelessness in Built for Zero communities.. Prior to joining Community Solutions, she worked in healthcare, working to connect healthcare systems to community benefit organizations to improve patient health outcomes. She also led her local Continuum of Care for 11 years, during which time the CoC was designated as functionally ending veteran homelessness as well as chronic homelessness. She holds a BA in psychology from Millersville University and an MHA from the Pennsylvania College of Health Sciences.
