Jennifer Jaeger works as a system improvement advisor in the Community Impact team. She works with last mile and returning to sustaining communities. She comes to Community Solutions from the Rockford, Illinois community where she worked for the City of Rockford and oversaw the community’s poverty amelioration programs, including addressing homelessness. During her time with the city, Rockford achieved and sustained functional zero for both veteran and chronic homelessness. She is graduate of Seton Hall University, and received her degree in Psychology there. She is based out of Rockford, Illinois.
