Ben Wise is an Associate Partner at Dalberg Advisors, a social impact consulting firm, where he focuses on global health and justice, equity, & economic mobility. He has advised nonprofit and corporate executives on strategic planning, organizational change, and launch of new products and initiatives.
Prior to joining Dalberg, Ben was Director of Strategy at the International Rescue Committee (IRC), a global humanitarian organization with 12,000 staff and an annual budget of $800M. He also served as head of programs for IRC Uganda, where he oversaw 700 staff and 13 refugee health facilities.
Ben was previously a strategy consultant in the corporate sector at L.E.K. Consulting, was a visiting scholar at NYU’s Marron Institute of Urban Management and has also held positions at the Local Initiatives Support Corporation (LISC), Innovations for Poverty Action, and Partners in Health. He holds an MBA from NYU’s Stern School of Business where he graduated with distinction and an undergraduate degree in Urban Studies from Brown University.
