Caitlin is currently the Operations Projects Manager for Community Solutions. She is instrumental in driving CS policies and procedures to improve operations and support CS in reaching ambitious milestones toward ending homelessness. Prior to this, Caitlin served Community Solutions as the Executive, Operations, and Strategic Partnerships Assistant. With over five years in the nonprofit sector, she has worked with both large and small local nonprofits, The American Red Cross and Girl Power Rocks Miami, respectively. She holds a B.S. in Public Health from the University of Miami and an MPH in Public Health with a concentration in nonprofit management from New York University.
