Elisha Pritchett

Data Coaching & Performance Advisor

epritchett@community.solutions

Pronouns: She/Her/Hers

Elisha has dedicated the past five years to harnessing the power of data to address homelessness, working across the entire data spectrum — from data collection and entry in direct service to developing and managing data infrastructure, as well as conducting research, analysis, and evaluation.

Before joining Community Solutions, she served as the Data and Evaluation Director for a statewide initiative aimed at ending youth and young adult homelessness in Washington State. Elisha discovered her passion for leveraging data to drive system change while working in a community to achieve measurable reductions in homelessness. She is deeply committed to empowering communities to get excited about their data, making data accessible, demystifying its complexities, and helping everyone realize that they, too, are a “data person.”

Elisha is on a mission to tackle systemic inequities that disproportionately impact BIPOC and LGBTQIA2S+ communities and is inspired by the potential for communities to create radical change when given the right tools and support. Elisha holds an AA degree in Human and Social Services. Outside of work, she loves exploring the world through her own personal food tours, creating art, or spending time with her pack of bully dogs.
