Esther is a Data Solutions Analyst on the Built for Zero team, developing data systems, infrastructure, tools, and technical solutions to support the work of Built for Zero and its participating communities. Prior to joining Community Solutions, she served as a teacher, hoping to create social change. Having recognized the importance of a stable home in her students’ lives, she now has a passion for helping the homeless find the stability they need to thrive. Esther holds a BA in Cognitive Science with a minor in Education from the University of California, Berkeley, as well as a teaching credential and Masters in Education from Stanford University.
