Jennifer Jaeger serves as Deputy Director of Performance and Impact at Community Solutions. In this role, she oversees three teams of coaches focused on local action planning, reducing inflow into homelessness, and advancing direct-to-housing strategies in large cities.
A nationally recognized leader in the field, Jenn previously led Rockford, Illinois, to become one of the first communities in the nation to reach and sustain functional zero for veteran and chronic homelessness. Since joining Community Solutions, she has supported dozens of communities across the Midwest and East in achieving measurable reductions through systems improvement and data-driven collaboration.
Jenn holds a degree in psychology from Seton Hall University and is based in Rockford, Illinois.
