She has a background as an administrator in diverse fields such as the service industry and higher education. She has become an accidental expert in process and policy implementation, and has experience in operations, logistics, event planning, and human resources. She loves organizing and once made a spreadsheet to keep track of all the character relationships on her favorite soap opera.
