Steven Simons serves as Deputy Director of Management and Learning Systems at Community Solutions. In this role, he partners with organizational leaders to strengthen team development, evaluation, and operational excellence across the organization.

Building on his key contributions to the Community Impact team, Steven now leads planning and implementation of the expanded National Collaborative in partnership with teams across Field Building, Learning and Evaluation, and Systems Change.

A veteran of Operation Desert Storm, Steven brings extensive leadership experience from the health care sector and is committed to empowering teams to build the systems and skills needed to sustain progress toward ending homelessness.
