The John and Jill Ker Conway Residence, which opened in 2016, is a 124-unit, mixed-income residence for veterans who have formerly experienced chronic homelessness and low-income residents.

- Designed by Sorg Architects
- Silvery white metal paneling and distinctive “stacked blocks” shape to create complementary contrast with surrounding buildings
- Sustainable building materials and extensive glazing system to enliven apartment interiors
- Building contains 124 units of mixed-income housing:
- 60 units of permanent supportive housing for homeless veterans
- 17 units of permanent supportive housing for individuals served by DC Department of Behavioral Health
- 47 units workforce housing for individuals making no more than 60% of Area Median Income (AMI)
