Taquisha Ramos-Huff is a lifelong resident of Hartford, Connecticut, born and raised in the North end of the city. She is a proud mother of three, a stepmother, a wife, a daughter, and a good friend.
In February 2021, Taquisha embarked on a new journey as a REALTOR® with Precision Realty LLC. Known for her quick and timely response to each client’s needs and concerns, Taquisha has earned a reputation for providing excellent customer service with relentless dedication to her customers.
In 2023, Taquisha had the opportunity to join the Housing & Community Development Leadership Institute (HCDLI), a program designed to equip participants with the knowledge, skills, experience, and professional connections needed for a successful career in affordable housing and community development. As part of the program, Taquisha completed a six-month internship, during which she focused on learning more about affordable housing and property management.
Taquisha’s internship led her to North Hartford Partnership in October 2023, where she brought her skills as a REALTOR® to the table and immersed herself in the day-to-day operations of property management. Serving as a Resident Service Coordinator, Taquisha’s main goal was to assist residential tenants by providing resources to community agencies to address various barriers such as employment training, behavioral health services, and rental assistance to prevent homelessness. She ensured that tenants had a comfortable point of contact to receive the services they needed.
As of May 16, 2024, Taquisha has transitioned to a full-time role as the Assistant Property Manager for North Hartford Housing Trust properties at North Hartford Partnership. With her proven dedication and skills, Taquisha continues to thrive in the housing industry, making a positive impact on the communities she serves.
