As a Learning System and Evaluation Analyst, Caitlin creates learning and knowledge management systems to support continuous improvement of Built for Zero’s work to end homelessness. Prior to joining Community Solutions, Caitlin led initiatives to end veteran homelessness at the Texas Balance of State Continuum of Care and served as a case manager for a supportive housing program for people living with HIV/AIDS. Before entering the homeless services sector, Caitlin worked as a bilingual reading tutor for K-2nd graders and an ESL and Adult Basic Education instructor.

Caitlin lives with her partner and two rambunctious terriers, Chicken and Waffles, in Austin, Texas. She is a voting member of the Performance of Monitoring Committee for the local Continuum of Care. When she’s not working, you can find Caitlin baking treats for neighbors, doing crafts, or boardgaming.
