Ian serves as a Strategy Lead, Regional Large-Scale Change. Ian received a Masters in Public Health from University of Illinois at Chicago and a Masters in Social Change from Iliff School of Theology. Before working at Community Solutions, he led systems improvements for coordinated entry and HMIS work at a Continuum of Care, and managed a VA SSVF program in addition to his own consulting firm. Ian leverages community organizing training to address tough conversations, create accountable partnerships and orient the work towards justice.
