Adam Ruege is the Director for Strategy and Evaluation for the Built for Zero team at Community Solutions. In this role, he is responsible for creating and constantly improving an approach to organizational learning across all Built for Zero portfolios while also leading on knowledge capture and dissemination for targeted strategic learning questions.
Prior to joining Community Solutions, Adam worked for the US Department of Veterans Affairs in the National VA Homeless Programs Office. He has nearly 20 years of experience working on homelessness, as a direct service provider, as a manager leading programs locally, and in the national VA office, where he developed initiatives and set policies for the largest single homeless Veterans provider network in the nation.
Adam has a BA in Psychology from Ohio University and an MSW from The Ohio State University.
