Antonio Caffey

Antonio Caffey serves as the Strategy Lead for the Community Impact team at Community Solutions. In this role, he leads a team of System Improvement Advisors and steers strategic initiatives that support Built for Zero communities in making homelessness rare, brief, and nonrecurring. Antonio helps translate real-time community learning into effective, data-driven strategies and community-level models. With nearly 30 years of experience in social services and systems improvement, he brings a deep commitment to equity, innovation, and collaboration.

Prior to joining Community Solutions, Antonio was Director of Homeless Services at Southeast Healthcare, where he oversaw shelter, transitional living, and outreach programs. He holds a BA in African and African-American Studies from The Ohio State University.

Antonio lives in Lewis Center, Ohio, with his wife and their dog, Stormy. He is an active member of the Prince Hall Freemasons and Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. In his free time, he enjoys reading, historical research, community service, cooking, and cheering on his favorite teams: the Ohio State Buckeyes, Cleveland Browns, and Cleveland Cavaliers.
