As the organization’s Principal of People Operations and Culture, Ashlee Brown leads our work to build and reinforce a strong, results-driven organizational culture. Ashlee leads our People Operations team, inclusive of Human Resources, Learning and Development, and DEI (referred to as IDEA).
Ashlee’s team remains focused on curating a top workplace experience with an exceptional, diverse team. These are two critical drivers to ensuring that Community Solutions remains a great place to work and develop.
Ashlee joined Community Solutions in 2016 as a Project Manager of Communications. In her time at Community Solutions, Ashlee has led project management and process improvement on Built for Zero’s Programs team and most recently served as Director of Learning and Development.
Prior to joining Community Solutions, Ashlee worked as a Project Manager for startup marketing agencies to help manage their growing client bases and shape brand identity. She continues to use that foundational background to build strong internal branding for the teams she leads. Ashlee holds a BA in Political Science from Jackson State University in Mississippi and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
