Bennett Kelberman is a Vice President of Asset Management of the Fund leading on Asset Management for our western portfolio. He was previously a VP of Acquisitoons and a Program Assistant for BDP Impact Real Estate where he managed a wide portfolio of social impact development and investment work, including support for Community Solutions real estate development initiatives. His projects have included leading property acquisition, development, and program direction of a community land trust in Northwest Philadelphia; asset management of over $10 million in residential real estate; and construction and grants management of a $34 million historic adaptive reuse project in North Hartford, Connecticut. He is a licensed real estate agent in Pennsylvania and holds a BS in Economics and Strategy from Washington University in St. Louis.
