Lenny is a Strategy Lead, Strategic Initiatives at Community Solutions. In addition to helping communities visualize, analyze, and communicate their data, Lenny supports communities in their journey towards developing stronger data cultures. Prior to joining Community Solutions, he served on the Business Intelligence Services team at NeighborWorks America, a congressionally chartered affordable housing and community development non-profit. He holds a BS in psychology from the University of Maryland, College Park, and an MA in industrial/organizational psychology from George Mason University.
