As Creative Director, Mat is responsible for the creative strategies, expression and presentation, and the development of thematic campaigns that support Community Solutions and our strategic goals:
– Supporters and prospects hold a clarity of brand, vision, work, and key messages
– Communities are equipped with high quality design and creative capacity to support their efforts to reduce and end homelessness
– Core Partners and Community Solutions co-produce quality communications and outputs that advance our shared aims
Mat is accountable for the visual experience of Community Solutions, as well as supporting the tactical design needs of all Community Solutions initiatives, providing art direction across all platforms, and managing key projects and relationships with both internal and external partners. He is responsible for conceptualizing and executing design work across the entire organization, fleshing out a clear and consistent visual language for Community Solutions, advancing the organization’s brand and sub-brands, and participating actively in crafting the editorial line and carrying the organization’s messaging.
