Morgan is a System Improvement Advisor/Community Coach on the Path to Zero team where she supports communities in developing a better understanding of their systems and design/implement interventions towards reductions in homelessness. Morgan enjoys bringing curiosity and systems thinking to the table when trying to understand (and solve) complex social issues! Prior to joining Community Solutions, Morgan worked as a Built for Zero Program Manager Spokane, Wa, supporting the BfZ work for Veterans and Chronic Singles. During their time in Spokane, Morgan supported the establishment of PLEH advisory committees and a Centralized Diversion Fund for Veterans and Single Adults. Before working in Homelessness, Morgan supported interethnic peace and gender justice work in Phnom Penh, Cambodia through Mennonite Central Committee.

Morgan holds a bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies with a minor in Solidarity and Social Justice from Gonzaga University. Outside of work, they can be found drinking good coffee and enjoying all the PNW has to offer.
