Nadine leads our Housing Solutions work, improving the utilization of local resources to close housing supply gaps in communities. For the past twenty years, Nadine’s work has centered on the intersection of social justice and design. Her expertise includes community development and permanent supportive affordable housing. Currently, Nadine leads the team to align housing resources with those in need and to create housing typologies that support the needs of the community. Prior to returning to Community Solutions, Nadine most recently served as the Executive Director of Capital Projects for the New York City Mayor’s Office of Criminal Justice. In this role, she was responsible for NYC justice-related capital projects, including advancing plans to close the Rikers Island jail.
