Rachel is a Data Coach and Performance Advisor on the Built for Zero Data Team. In this role, she supports communities in clearing the path for collecting and sustaining quality data. Before joining Community Solutions, Rachel designed and implemented Coordinated Entry systems in HMIS for a rural, Balance of State Continuum of Care. She also has several years of boots-on-the-ground experience and holds a Master’s of Public Health from New Mexico State University.
