Reagan Harvey is the Learning & Development Lead for Community Solutions. She designs and delivers a strategy for equipping CS’s people to achieve the ambitious aims in our strategic plan while embedding change management practices matched to the dynamic nature of our work. She supports staff in achieving their performance and development goals in service of growing our learning culture and is passionate about designing inclusive, impactful programs that advance topline goals and enable teams to thrive. Reagan joined the organization in 2019 as a Project Manager on Built for Zero, where she supported teams in developing and adopting new project management infrastructure.
Prior to joining Community Solutions, Reagan worked as a Project Coordinator for a non-profit whose mission is to create safe spaces for Black women and girls in the southeast through focused programming. A native Mississippian, she holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Jackson State University and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
