A native south Mississippian, Reagan Harvey is the Learning & Development Lead for Community Solutions. She designs and delivers a strategy for equipping CS’s people to achieve the ambitious aims in our strategic plan while embedding change management practices matched to the dynamic nature of our work. She supports and assists all staff in achieving their performance and development goals in service of advancing our learning culture. Reagan serves as a member of the People Operations and Culture team in our Operations department.
Prior to joining Community Solutions, Reagan worked as the Grants and Special Events Coordinator for The Lighthouse | Black Girl Projects, whose mission is to create safe spaces for Black women and girls in the southeast through focused programming. She studied English and journalism at Jackson State University and unreasonably enjoys flowery prose writing, Game of Thrones, thrift store shopping, and talking extensively about fungi.
