Sarai Williams is the Vice President of Impact at BDP Impact Real Estate. She works directly with local property management teams and supportive service organizations across our portfolio. She also leads on the development and implementation of the Property Management Plus framework that aims to center the tenant experience with an added level of empathy around the complexities of housing stability. Before joining Community Solutions, Sarai was a Landscape Architectural Designer at OLIN. She holds a B. Arch from Howard University and a M. City Planning and M. Landscape Architecture from the University of Pennsylvania.
