Overview
The Oklahoma community of Norman/Cleveland County CoC has been part of the Built for Zero movement since its inception. They reached functional zero for veteran homelessness in September of 2016. The city of Norman is the seat of Cleveland County and is located 17 miles south of the state capital, Oklahoma City.
