In Power to the Public: The Promise of Public Interest Technology,” Tara Dawson McGuinness and Hana Schank describe a new approach to solving our world’s problems: public interest technology.

The book features the story of Rockford, Illinois, a Built for Zero community that leveraged data-driven systems to functionally end chronic and veteran homelessness.

Join us on May 13 for an event, hosted by New America, featuring the book’s authors and Built for Zero leaders to discuss how public interest technology is being applied to help end homelessness.

“Worth a read for anyone who cares about making change happen.”
