Please note: The Homeless Resource Locator was designed for use by people currently at risk of or experiencing homelessness so they can quickly access their local coordinated entry system and homeless services. We ask that you only submit the form below if your organization or agency is connected to your local coordinated entry system and has a physical office open to the public.

If your organization has more than one physical location that you would like to list, please include additional addresses and phone numbers (if applicable) in the notes field. If accepted, your listing will be visible within 1-2 weeks. Please email builtforzero@community.solutions with any additional questions or to request corrections for listings already on the Locator.
