
The Yamhill County Action Partnership will begin implementing the Built for Zero program throughout the county in seeking to address homelessness for populations that are at a much higher risk.
“Built for Zero is a collective approach to making shifts to reduce chronic and veteran homelessness to achieve functional zero,” a release from YCAP said. “Local nonprofits addressing homelessness work in teams, so that no single agency or organization has to shoulder the burden alone.”
