Hayling Price is a social change strategist and executive who has dedicated his career to advancing equitable systems change. He brings over fifteen years of experience guiding foundations, nonprofits, and multi-sector coalitions through growth, innovation, and transformation.
As principal of Alignment for Impact, Hayling partners with senior leaders to craft bold strategies, facilitate change, and amplify community voices. His results-based consulting engagements have spanned business planning, governance design, and leadership development with local and national organizations.
Previously, Hayling served as Executive Director of the Mobility Alliance Incubation Hub, a national initiative seeded by the Gates Foundation to align and scale efforts promoting economic mobility. He was also a senior executive at the Harlem Children’s Zone, an education and family service organization whose model has inspired antipoverty initiatives worldwide. Launching a national strategy, he supported community partners across the country while managing public policy and replication efforts. Earlier in his career, Hayling was a consultant at FSG, where he developed the firm’s systems change practice, advised foundations, and supported collective impact efforts across the U.S..
Hayling is a Visiting Fellow at the Urban Institute and holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, an MPP from the Harvard Kennedy School, and a BA in Urban Studies from the University of Pennsylvania.
