The story showcases the remarkable progress of Built for Zero communities and Kaiser Permanente’s impactful efforts in providing housing for veterans. Together, we’re turning a vision of ending homelessness into a reality.
Melville Charitable Trust is dedicated to creating pathways for more equitable housing solutions and leaving a lasting impact on communities. Their latest partnership with the Urban Land Institute plays a key role in shaping innovative approaches to housing.
The Annie E. Casey Foundation partners with Community Solutions, Covenant House, and Point Source Youth to provide housing and supporting services to young people experiencing homelessness. Collectively, we supported 7,190 in two dozen communities across 18 states in 2024.
